Orange Peel, for Garnish
Fill glass with ice cubes. Add ADJ Tequila and Topo Chico to the glass. Gently stir to mix. Squeeze orange peel over your drink to release the aroma. Wish the orange peel and place on the rim of the glass.
1.5 oz ADJ Blanco
.75 oz Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Agave Syrup (or .5 oz Agave Nectar)
2 Dashes Orange Bitters/
Red Wine
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Build all ingredients into cocktail shaker minus wine. Shake well until chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in an old fashion glass. Float a splash of red wine over ice cube for garnish.

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave or Simple Syrup
Lime Wedge
Combine ice cubes and all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Strain the mixture from shaker into the glass. Rim of the glass with salt add a lime wedge.
2 oz Alma De Jaguar Blanco
.50 oz Fresh squeezed orange juice
.75 oz lemon juice
.50 oz agave syrup
1 egg white
1 dash Regans Orange Bitters
In shaker without ice: Add Orange & Lime Juice, Agave, Bitters, Egg White and Tequila. Vigirous Dry Shake to aerate the egg white. Add Ice: Shake again / 20 count. Strain into a Chilled Stemmed Coupe
Garnish: 1.5 inch orange peel. Point the colored side of the orange peel toward the top of the drink and squeeze to express the orange oils in the peel over the top of the drink. Drop the twist into the glass.
2 oz Alma De Jaguar Blanco
2 oz Watermelon Juice/Puree
.75 oz Lime .75 oz agave syrup (1prt water/1 prt agave)
Small handfull Cilantro Root (approx. 5 1 inch sprigs)
2 oz Club Soda
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Muddle cilantro root in cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients. Gentle 3-5 shakes with ice (want most of dilution from club soda).
Salt Rim: Cracked Black Pepper, Lime Zest, Himalayian Pink Salt Rim
Garnish: Small watermellon triangle

Mint for Garnish
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Line the inside of the glass with orange and grapefruit slices. Add ADJ Blanco and grapefruit soda to the glass.

.75 oz Strangeways Mint Cordial
3 oz Dry Rose
2 Dashes Regans Orange Bitters
.5 oz Fino Sherry
2 oz Fever Tree Grapefruit
Build all ingredients in cocktail shaker minus fever tree grapefruit. Shake well until chilled. Add fever tree grapefruit to the glass. Fill glass with content from cocktail shaker. Garnish with cucumber slices and mint spring.
